This baby shower cake was for a friend of mine so I was really nervous about it since I would be attending the shower! The shower theme was coordinated with
her baby's crib bedding, which is beautiful! The cake was a double-layer, 6" square and 8" square marbled cake with buttercream icing. The bird nest on top was a suggestion from one of the shower hostesses and was made of toasted coconut and the egg was fondant.
The shower was absolutely beautiful; Michelle and Papar, you did the best job! Thank you for asking me to do the cake.
If you're on my facebook page, you can see a picture that Michelle posted of the cake at the shower with the matching decorations. It looked so pretty.
