Emilee's High School Graduation Cake

Miss Emilee is such a beautiful and smart young lady that I'm so glad to know.  She graduated from high school recently and asked me to make her ceremony cake.  The bottom cake with a double-layer, 12" square chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling.  The top cake was a double-layer 8" round classic white cake.  Both are decorated with buttercream icing.  The cap on top was chocolate cake covered in fondant and the diploma was also fondant.

Congratulations to Jordan!

Jordan graduated from high school last weekend and her mom wanted her to have an awesome cake. She sent me a sample picture (you know I love copying cakes!) and I went to town. The top layer was a double layer, 8" round white cake with pineapple filling and buttercream icing. The bottom layer was a double layer, 12" round white cake with buttercream filling and icing. The accents were all fondant.

I'm so glad the cake was a hit, Stephanie. Thanks again for ordering with me!!

Congratulations to Ryan!

A very close friend of ours, Ryan, graduated from High School last weekend and his mom asked me to make the cake for his reception. It was supposed to serve 60 people but I went a little overboard with the size and they had some major leftovers (sorry!). This was a 12" circle and 8" circle, both double layer, white cake with buttercream icing. The 12" had strawberry filling and the 8" had buttercream filling. Also, the graduation cap on top is white cake covered in black fondant.

Ryan, good luck at Texas Tech and congratulations on your graduation!!

Nichole's Going Away Party

This was my biggest cake challenge so far. Nichole just graduated from high school and she's going into the Air Force. For her going away party, she wanted a cake in the shape of the Air Force logo and some cakeballs.

Julie, Thank you for letting me do the sweets for Nichole's party!!!

Happy Graduation Laken!

This was my first cake for someone else. It was a full sheet cake, half vanilla and half chocolate, with buttercream icing. Yes, even the hat was cake!

Thanks for letting me do this for you, Tannis!!
