I had some extra cake balls from my last order, so I decided to make some sample packs to give out. Well, they turned out so cute that I thought "hey these would make really cute party favors!" Wedding favors, baby shower favors, birthday party favors, corporate gifts.....the possibilities are endless!! Have a look for yourself:

Nichole's Going Away Party

This was my biggest cake challenge so far. Nichole just graduated from high school and she's going into the Air Force. For her going away party, she wanted a cake in the shape of the Air Force logo and some cakeballs.

Happy Birthday Tate!

This order of cakeballs was for Tate's 6th Birthday party. He wanted them to look like Pokeballs. Inside is red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. They were a hit!

Happy Graduation Laken!

This was my first cake for someone else. It was a full sheet cake, half vanilla and half chocolate, with buttercream icing. Yes, even the hat was cake!

Hi Y'all!!

I sound like Paula Deen, don't I? Welcome to my new blog that features my baking adventures! After a few failed work from home attempts, I'm giving cakes/cupcakes/cake-bites/etc a shot. Hopefully I'll find something that sticks, fingers crossed!

What is SugarBoo? When my daughter, Madeline, was a baby, I called her sugar booger. I decided that "booger" sounded a little nasty so it morphed into "SugarBoo". When thinking about a name for my sweets gig, it was the first creative thing that came to mind.....so that's how I got Sugar Boo Sweets.

I am located in Pearland/Manvel, Tx and I LOVE to bake. If you need something yummy for a party or a get-together, I'm your girl. Give me a holler!
